Due to the delicate nature of our balloon creations, we kindly ask that you inspect your balloon upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement or full refund for your purchase.

Please note that once the balloon creation is in the hands of the recipient, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

So before you float away with your goodies, please give everything a quick look over at pick up or delivery. If something isn't fabulous, we will fix it with a smile!

Once your balloon bundle is off on its grand adventure with its new human, it's officially your little puff of joy to take care of.
